The project is located in the southern part of Haitang Bay area in Sanya City, Hainan Province, approximately 40 kilometers from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is situated about 2000 meters east of the seaside, overlooking Wuzhizhou Island across the sea, and approximately 1500 meters south of the entrance to the inland lake. To the west, the site is bordered by serene and beautiful hilly terrain, reservoir, and National Highway 233. On the east and north sides are planned roads, while the south side is bordered by Jianglin Road. The current topography of the site is flat and open, with the majority being arable land.

The total land area of the site is 47.45 hectares, including three types of land use: exhibition land, commercial tourism service land, and residential-commercial mixed-use land. The site is planned with an open layout, incorporating supporting office buildings, business hotels, commercial streets, strata-title apartments, and Xihui elderly care apartments. It primarily features low-density development products, focusing on vacation-type detached villas and strata-title hotel apartments. The overall planning reflects the integration of natural life and the development concept infused with human care. It seeks the harmonization of people and the environment, the integration of architecture with the overall planning layout, the fusion of residential and commercial, tourism, and leisure behaviors, and the blending of architecture with greenery, mountains, and water environments. The plan also takes into consideration the city's landmarks and community's iconic structures, aiming to instill a strong sense of belonging and pride among residents. The goal is to create a city with an elegant environment, cultural richness, and tasteful urban highlights.
