The project plans to build a future innovative city integrating new industries such as technology, health, energy, and aviation. It aims to gather ecological resources for industries and establish an international demonstration platform for Sino-Russian local economic and trade cooperation. The design team's goals include "integrated industry and city, gateway landmark, convergence of Eastern and Western cultures, and vibrant districts." The structure consists of the "Three Axes" of business innovation, cultural charm, and fashionable living, as well as the "Four Zones" of Sino-Russian innovation industry, business and trade service, residential living, and Sino-Russian cultural and artistic zones. The objective is to create a cooperative space that integrates industry and life services, with diverse functions such as culture, art, business, and leisure. It is designed to be suitable for both work and living, embodying a rich Russian cultural atmosphere in the Sino-Russian local cooperation park.
