"Qiwang Town" integrates existing resources with emerging industries, incorporating the concepts of "health, green, organic, and ecological" to create a new type of town in Chengyang and even Qingdao, characterized by being "tour-friendly, business-friendly, and livable."

Guided by the principles of New Ruralism, the project cleverly incorporates elements of experiential agriculture, tightly connecting the community with the town, and re-establishing settlements and pastoral scenes in the vast areas of the small town. By replacing the previous single economic model with diverse functions, it aims to narrow the urban-rural development gap and reshape the "charming and pastoral livable town."
