The aim of the project is to build a distinctive resort hotel. The design focus on fully exploring the cultural characteristics, combined with the natural landscape and geographical conditions, to optimize the layout on the basis of the existing building. Advanced concepts of energy conservation and environmental protection has been introduced to elevate the entire project, so as to improve its overall quality.

The designers believe that the hotel is more than a SPA hotel, but is in fact a romantic and comprehensive hotel experience targeting family, leisure, and business customers. In the functional renovation, the design attempts to take all into consideration, make full use of the existing resources, to enable it becoming a resort to attract well-heeled consumers in the suburbs of Beijing.
