The project is located in the Golden Coast area of the South Core of the Beidaihe New District. The site has diverse topography with significant elevation changes. The design makes full use of the site's elevation differences, arranging the Spa clubhouse and vacation villas in a stepped manner, providing a rich spatial experience. A broad central axis avenue leads to the Golden Coast, creating a visual corridor with a frontline sea view. Meadow water platforms, infinity pools, wedding lawns, and art squares are integrated to create a variety of gradually ascending scene atmospheres.
