The project is located to the south of Zhenhai government in the northeast of Ningbo central city. The current Jiangang Lake runs through the site, to the north and west of which lie the vibrant district government square and sports park, and it enjoys unique natural resources.

Stay away from the hustle and bustle, be close to nature and become master of yourselves. The sunshine, green and free space is the concept of our design, we’re trying to create a new public culture and art district linking nature and city, tradition and innovation, economy and culture.

Our designers put forward the design philosophy centered on seaming, rebuilding and innovating. Sewing fragmented urban space through three-dimensional slow moving system, sewing the east-west green open space through multi-dimensional greening and creating a public ecological green corridor connecting the surrounding plots and running through the east and west directions. The designers remain the original north-south axis, and create a series of outdoor open Spaces through the waterfront landscape. They advocate the concept of park + as the design orientation, innovating the green ecological space of the city. They hope to break the boundary between architecture and environment and create the most dynamic waterfront lifestyle in Ningbo.
