The project is located in the national CBD enterprise imperial garden - Tianyang Canal No.1. The Tianyang Canal No.1 project is situated in the area of the eastern expansion of Beijing CBD, with the Jing-Tong Expressway to the north, close to the central business district (CBD) of Guomao to the west, adjacent to the key cultural industry zone and Tonghui River to the south, and connected to the administrative office center of Tongzhou New Town, part of Beijing's Eleventh Five-Year Plan, to the east.

Jiaweitaiyin Law Firm originated from the merger and reorganization of several law firms, including Jiawei Law Firm (Nationally Outstanding), Zhentai Law Firm, Zhongyin Law Firm, Landun Law Firm, and Taiyin Law Firm. After years of development, Jiaweitaiyin Law Firm has become one of the most outstanding law firms in China and even in the Asia-Pacific region.

The project has a design area of approximately 2200 square meters (1800 square meters of building area + 400 square meters of sunken garden). It is a three-story above-ground and one-story underground standalone building. The renovation design places a greater emphasis on the coordination of decorative environment, presenting an overall solemn and generous atmosphere. The design aims to showcase the characteristics of the legal industry, such as seriousness, rigor, professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness, reflecting the core culture of Jiawei Law Firm.
