Jiaxing International Exchange Center (Party School of the CPC Municipal Committee) is located close to Nanhu Lake, which is a key node plot in the urban "Nine Waters Connecting Center" pattern. The base is located at the intersection of Haiyan Pond and Changzhonggang Port, with a very superior regional location. The project base is located in the cultural center of the city, which is the key area for the centenary of the founding of the Party of Jiaxing and also the key area for the quality improvement of the central urban area of Jiaxing.

Jiaxing International Exchange Center reflects the centenary of the CPC's open mind, presenting a Chinese style, Jiangnan charm, "red boat soul, Jiangnan charm, canal feeling, international style" architectural style.

The program runs through the whole campus with the "red vein". On the one hand, it provides a contact channel for teachers and students, as a spatial container for discussion and speculation. The discussion rooms and reading rooms interspersed among them become the media for sparking ideas. On the other hand, it creates a green ecological cultural environment. The party history display and celebrity sculptures arranged in the garden yard combine the party's ideological connotation into daily life and become the spiritual home for party members.
