The project is initiated with the concept of "Central Axis Origin, Joyful Radiance of Chang'an." Leveraging the characteristics of the site, the planning philosophy of "Collage City" is introduced, incorporating eight elements: culture, transportation, services, education, open spaces, smart living, urban aesthetics, and architectural style. These elements are aligned to seamlessly integrate with the urban fabric. Simultaneously, drawing inspiration from modern block theories and innovatively interpreting the Tangli Lane system, the project shapes the distinctive spatial order of the "Block Life" with a focus on the unique Twelve Months Lane block in the Shangtapo development.
