Located in the central part of Henan province, Qi County boasts a long history and unique culture, with a strategic geographical position. This project aims to provide a comfortable, safe, and high-end living experience in its design, adopting a modern and simple new Chinese style in its image. It represents a fusion of humanity and technology, thoughts and reality, tradition and the future, supported by meticulous technology, attention to detail, and a focus on quality. The goal is to create a high-quality residential area that reflects the local cultural characteristics.
Following the guiding principle of "people-oriented" and serving the people, the project seeks to create a beautiful, convenient, safe, comfortable, and elegant living area. In its design, it takes into account the large geographical environment and texture of the plot, integrating the overall layout and architectural style with the city's construction and development. From spatial form to internal functionality, it harmoniously combines urban emotions within the residential area, enriching and constructing a harmonious and happy spatial form.
Guided by ecological awareness, the project promotes coexistence between humans and nature. It aims to create an elegant, culturally rich, and vibrant living environment. In the individual layout, efforts are made to meet the requirements of energy conservation, ventilation, and environmental protection. By fully utilizing the existing natural conditions of the site, the artificial buildings blend with the natural environment, emphasizing the hierarchical arrangement of the architectural complex. Simultaneously, the supporting design of the residential environment landscape is strengthened, reflecting the garden-like and ecological nature of the living environment.
The project seizes the development trend of residential environments and adapts to changes in their connotation. The modern living environment shifts from the traditional main function of pure residence to an open living environment centered around leisure, experience, ecology, and modernization. The planning aims to create multi-level living spaces, enhancing the overall living quality of the entire residential area through subtle communication between the internal and external living environments.
