The project site is situated in the eastern part of Yinchuan City, within Helan County, in close proximity to the Yellow River. It enjoys a strategic location within a 1-hour transportation radius of the city center and major transportation hubs.

Leveraging this advantageous position, the design endeavors to holistically integrate green spaces and water systems, seamlessly weave together various development plots, and authentically infuse the distinctive characteristics of the northern frontier. The overarching objective is to craft a comprehensive plan featuring a belt with two rings and eight relay stations. This plan will intricately connect core water and land cultural tourism attractions, ultimately aspiring to establish the region as the foremost Yellow River-themed resort destination in Northwest China and the nation's pioneering national-level tourist resort area centered around the theme of the Yellow River.
