Client: Nanjing Pukou Qiba Port Construction & development Co., Ltd.

The Port Authority Management Building adopts a fluid architectural form to create a continuous and integrated urban interface. Its multifunctional complex includes port service halls, exhibition centers, business incubators, port management offices, corporate headquarters, and supporting spaces to stimulate innovation needs for both enterprises and individuals.

The design considers a balance between shared and independent spaces, as well as efficient traffic organization to achieve multi-level interaction spaces. These spaces will gather diverse office communities, coordinate the development of the port logistics park, centrally allocate smart office platforms, and provide more possibilities and scalability for enterprises. Additionally, the design emphasizes green ecology to improve local microenvironments, enhance office quality, enrich the cultural core of the entire park, and support rich experiences in both work and leisure.
