Songbei Harbin Financial Center Central Park has been proposed as a green heart of a new financial district that would unite all the parts of the newly designed city area, and provide a resting and attractive place for the people that will work and live in the area. Our concept borrowed this process that took centuries to shape landscapes around Harbin and used water, nature and human culture as three main elements that shape the character, function and patters of the newly designed park. Interaction between the three elements and their overlapping create nodes that are centers of intensive use; plazas, squares and boulevards.
