The project is located in the living circle of the West Bridge in Harbin. The surrounding street layout is pleasant in scale, with various land uses blending seamlessly, making it easy to shape a rich urban public atmosphere. The design goals include alleviating parking pressure, adding cultural and public facilities, strengthening urban block connections, transforming shantytown areas into comprehensive livelihood complexes, creating a replicable model for revitalizing old city areas, and rebuilding community pride and cohesion. The project aims to become a memorable urban landmark along West Avenue, a spiritual center for residents on both sides of the street, a harmonious and shared community living room for different cultural groups, and a container for exciting urban cultural events.
