The Nantong Kaisha Island Tourism is located in the Wujie town of Kaisha Island, Tongzhou District, Nantong, with a planning area is 15.0 square kilometers. It is intended to be a site of world-class luxury resorts, themed Binjiang sports, both land and water sightseeing and distinct cultural characteristics.

The planning includes three key areas. The Binjiang hydrophilic leisure resort uses the existing waters to create an hydrophilic activities area in the bay that is connected with Yangtze River waterway, which is controlled by navigation lock. In addition, it establishes the yacht expo area and yacht club, along with the industrial service base and Kaisha Binjiang entertainment area.
