The project is divided into two areas, a hotel club villa area and a tourist town area. In both areas, all building types are club villas and golf apartments. In project planning, in order to explore landscape features and maximize the value of entire site, three-segment platforms and fan-shaped configurations are well organized with the natural terrain. The concepts of proximity to water and green features, both for lake and golf course view are fully concerned.
