This project is located on the eastern lakeshore of Fuxian Lake in Chengjiang County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, situated on a plot that overlooks the lakeside area and enjoys the picturesque views of a golf course. The project is divided into two main areas: the hotel clubhouse villa area and the tourist town, both centered around customized clubs and golf apartments. In the planning of the project, the design focuses on exploring landscape characteristics and maximizing the site's value. It adopts a layout with three terraces and fan-shaped individual configurations, emphasizing the concepts of waterfront, lake-view, and embracing greenery, offering stunning views of Fuxian Lake and the golf course. The overall architecture, designed to complement the international hotel within the site, follows a modern Tuscan style. It uses a contemporary and concise vocabulary along with materials to express a harmonious scenery throughout the area and create a captivating skyline along the shores of Fuxian Lake.
