The site is located on 12.5 hectares of land and overlooks the nearby town with views of Mumbai in the distance, including a museum, a theater and a conference center. The Master Plan is designed as immersive landscape experiences all of which remind visitors of their favorite Bollywood film iconic location. Made up of a primary piazza along the crest of the hill where the two main buildings, Museum and Theater, are positioned with views down the undulating hills, terraced piazzas, waterfalls and pools of water.
