The Xianyang International Conference Center is located in the new district of Xixian, between the ancient cities of Xi’an and Xianyang, on the axis of Century Avenue. The site is 23.8 km away from city center, and 22.6 km from the airport which presents the ideal location for a landmark building. The conference center is composed of two towers, an office tower to the north and a 5 star hotel and hotel apartment to the south. The podium between two towers is linked by a 1000 person conference center; along with retail space, dining, and hotel amenities. The form of the two towers is inspired by the graceful eaves of China's ancient brick pagodas, as well as the delicate dragon reliefs within Chinese marble pillars, which emphasize the ancient charm and beauty between Xi'an and Xianyang.
