This project is situated on the coast line of Sanya Bay, Hainan. The designers created an integrated fully self-contained resort lifestyle facility. It is located within the district of Phoenix Island, a unique seven star flagship vacationland of Hainan harbor with spectacular bay scenery. The central focus of the design concept is based on water with a series of gardens, pools, and a tropical forest to give the visitor plenty of places to go to “get away”. There is an overall building area of 140,000 square meters and includes 4 five-star, apartment, family, and boutique hotels, a large exhibition and conference center, a spa, specialty restaurants, a banquet hall and a full service commercial street. The international and Chinese designers from around the world, worked closely to create a world class landmark resort complex.
