Harbin Haxi New District Office Building

The government office building project is situated at the intersection of Haxi Street and West Lake Road in the central area of Haxi New District. Spanning approximately 1.8 hectares of land, the project boasts a total construction area of around 23,109 square meters. Its occupants will include various departments such as the office of the new district, the land bureau, the planning bureau, and the urban investment company of Haxi District. The new structure is poised to become a prominent landmark of modernist architecture in Haxi New District.

The designer's focus lies in the interconnection between human activities and the architecture. A massive arc establishes the longest interactive interface between indoor exhibition spaces and outdoor squares, aiming to enhance interaction between citizens and various activities in public open spaces, as well as between the government and the public.
