The Ice and Snow World is located in the western sector of Sun Island, adjacent to the main urban area, with extremely convenient transportation via Songbei Avenue. Positioned as an ice and snow cultural leisure zone, it embodies the essence of Harbin's urban ice and snow culture, aimed at creating a unique, all-season ice and snow tourism destination for all ages.

The project is divided into five main functional zones: the Ice and Snow World Exhibition Area, showcasing the ice and snow theme; the Ice Crystal Paradise, featuring main architectural clusters and diverse landscapes; the Mountain Park, focusing on mountain sports and sightseeing; the Eco-Lake Wetland Park; and the designated parking area.

The project encompasses a total of 10 distinctive touring areas, including a health and wellness town, wetland park, sledding area, skiing area, ice and snow museum, themed commercial street, and various themed tour routes tailored for leisure, family, sports, and wellness activities.  Additionally, it features a series of architecturally unique and aesthetically distinct buildings such as indoor ice and snow museums, show stages, children's game halls, water parks, resort hotels, and wedding halls, serving as attractions within the park. Complemented by ice and snow-themed pavements, diverse waterfront landscapes, and natural mountainous scenery, these elements collectively create focal points that draw visitors' attention.
