The Ecological Valley project is situated to the east of Liulihe Town in Fangshan District, Beijing, adjacent to the Dashih River and the heart of the wetland park. The exceptional natural ecological environment and rich cultural-historical context of this land exemplify its robust vitality. Whether it's the rustic abode evoked in the phrase "Plucking chrysanthemums by the eastern fence, leisurely watching the southern mountains," the vibrant and prosperous scenes painted in "Along the River During the Qingming Festival," or the flourishing blossoms of ecological agriculture and technology in the contemporary era, all will find root, thrive, and flourish on this terrain. This encapsulates the vision and future of the urban planning and design of the "COFCO Ecological Valley" – a globally renowned pastoral complex.

The comprehensive plan revolves around the COFCO Central Ecological Valley Zone, extending and permeating in the east, west, south, and north directions, elucidating the urban design principle of being green, ecological, and sustainable through the framework of "one core, two hearts, three belts."  

With the establishment of the planning structure, five major functional clusters are sequentially materializing:
