城市设计师
Senior Urban Designer

1、城市设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，有大、中型城市规划项目经验；

2、根据项目的技术要求，开发城市设计、规划概念，并用图像清晰地表达；

3、独立地评估、选择、应用城市设计技术与标准，负责图纸施工文件的修正；
4、负责面向客户的演讲与报告等材料，参加公司现有的项目或目标项目的内部及外部会议，参与制定项目的预算和日程计划；

5、较强的对内和对外的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

1、Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design or Master’s degree is highly preferred;

2、Develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images;
3、Evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures and criteria;

4、Being responsible for preparing the documents presented to the clients,participating in internal and external meetings of the new or existing projects;

5、Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude, good teamwork capability;
